The St. Peter's in the Woods nursery and PreK rooms are a safe and fun place for infants, toddlers and PreKindergardeners. The roms are staffed by our supervisors who are trained in CPR, first aid, undergone background checks and are approved by the Diocese of Virginia's Child Protection Policy. Our volunteers are members and parents who have a heart for children. Everyone in the nursery and PreK rooms enjoys playing games, reading and all kinds of activities that engage children.
For safety purposes, we ask that only parents, not siblings or friends, pick up their children. We also ask that parents fill out a nursery/PreK card on their first visit and provide a diaper bag for any child who isn't potty trained.
