St. Peter's in the Woods offers a diverse assortment of learning experiences to help you grow in your faith journey. From those just starting their spiritual journey to those who desire a fuller understanding of the scriptures and how to apply them to their daily lives, we encourage you to try out one of our small groups.
MidWeek
Evening Bible Study meets every Wednesday at 6pm for a light dinner (bring your own), with discussion from 6:30-7:30pm. The bible study is led by the Rev. DeDe Duncan-Probe and is open to anyone who would like to gain a more meaningful understanding of the scriptures.
The Inquirer's Group meets from 5:30-6:30 pm on the third Thursday of every month and is designed for those who are exploring their faith and spirituality. Members can ask questions about the bible, God and other topics in a safe and supportive environment. This is a limited member group and is currently full, but new groups may be added if there is enough interest. Please contact the church office if you are interested.
The Women's Group of St. Peter's in the Woods (WOW) gets together once a month for social outings that enhance spiritual togetherness and support. Check the calendar for upcoming events.

The Men's Group meets every Saturday from 7:30-9:00 am in the church office. The setting is informal and casual and members are encouraged to bring whatever topics they would like to discuss. Newcomers are always welcome!
Adult Forum is held every Sunday at 9:15am (in between our Sunday services). Adult Forum classes cover a wide variety of topics to help participants grow in life skills, strengthen relationships, learn biblical history and explore their relationship with God. Classes are led by a variety of guest speakers, Rev. DeDe Duncan-Probe and parish members. Childcare is available in the nursery during Adult Forum classes.
A Newcomer's Class is held once a quarter after the 10:15 service on Sunday. Newcomers enjoy a light brunch with members of the Vestry, staff, Rev. DeDe and other members of St. Peter's in the Woods. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet other new members and learn more about the programs and opportunties at St. Peter's. The next Newcomer's Class is on Sunday, January 10th.
